Here in Virginia the best time to plant fall bulbs is late October or early November.

Did you know you have about 8 weeks to plant after the first frost? As long as the ground is not frozen, you can still plant bulbs! If you plant in November or later, it's best to store your bulbs in a refrigerator November 1st untill you are ready to plant.  

 We pre-cool bulbs with no extra charge shipped to zones 8-10. 

Cancellation Policy Fall Planting Bulbs

Before September 20th you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. Orders placed after September 20th, you have 2 business days after you placed the order to cancel the order for any reason and receive a full refund.
 

EcoTulips reserves the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this website is inaccurate. If we do not process an order for such reason, we will advise you that the order has been cancelled and will either not charge you or will apply credit to the payment type used in the order.

 Products that are shipped to Virginia state customers are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
